We apologize if you qualified for an offer and were accidentally charged for it. Please contact Customer Service and provide us with your order number and the promotion or offer you were charged for and we can issue you a refund for the amount in question if you meet the promotion criteria. Please note that your refund will appear on the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
