If you’re unable to log in to your account or if your email or password is not recognized by our website, please click on Forgot your password? and an automated account activation or change your email/password email will be sent to the email you entered.
Once you receive the invitation, here's what to do:
- Locate the email from bareMinerals and open it.
- Click on the 'Activate Your Account' / ‘Change Your Email/Password’ option within the email.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with activating your account/ changing your credentials.
If you have not received the email invite, please check your spam or junk folder. Should you encounter any issues during this process or if the invite doesn't arrive, please contact us back with a screenshot of any error message, or let us know, and we can resend the invite.
