During order processing, whether an item(s) within your order needs to be canceled due to stock availability issues will be determined.  Should your order be canceled, you will receive a refund for any unshipped product(s). Please note that canceled item(s), including samples, cannot be replaced with an alternative item(s) once the order has been processed.
