A product is missing from my delivered order, what should I do?Updated 8 months ago
We are sorry if you received your order and an item(s) is missing. Please contact Customer Service and provide us with your order number and the missing item(s) and we can arrange a complimentary reshipment of your missing product(s), pending product availability. Your new order will ship within our normal processing and shipping timeframe & you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our warehouse. If your item(s) are out of stock, our Customer Service team will issue you a refund.
